Add option to disable client-side backwards feature for livestreams #607

Today I've realized I was way too behind for some YouTube streamers I've been watching. To explain properly, I have been watching streams but her stream has DVR feature enabled (Which allows you to rewind back from current live streams). Sometimes DVR feature can be annoying if you had a network issues, and it keeps on that scene instead of going latest time. And this caused me a huge misunderstanding on streamer and I couldn't stay on the live chat because of this annoying DVR feature.
Anyways, I would like to see following setting: 'Disable DVR on any livestreams'. When it's enabled, the player will try to keep the livestream on latest and will disable DVR feature completely, regardless of streamer's settings.
