[Feature] Hide member only videos

Member only videos in video recommendations add no value if you don't intend to become a member. So it would be nice to add a way of blocking it, like has been added with upcoming videos

Hello, from what I see those videos appear in channel's videos tab and YT already provided filtering by Public or Members videos. Are you seeing those videos on Subscription page?

I have added some changes on separate branch: feature/79-hide-members-only, but I couldn't test it properly since I don't see those videos on subscription page.
You can check those changes if they are working as expected. Thanks

edit: The "Hide Members Only videos" is available in "Experimental" section below option for hiding Upcoming videos.
