[BUG] Lutris 5.20 Deprecates `runners/proton` Directory

Describe the bug
Installation to runners/proton directory is ignored by Lutris 5.20. This makes proton installed in this directory no longer selectable on Lutris unless manually moved to runners/wine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Lutris 5.20 (I'm using the flatpak version)
2. Install custom runner via ProtonPlus
3. Go to Lutris wine runners configuration
4. Newly installed runner is not available on the drop down options

Expected behavior
Runner is intalled to runners/wine directory and selectable inside Lutris.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Aurora Linux (based on Fedora Kinoite 43)
• DE: KDE Plasma 6.5.5
• Type: Flatpak

Can confirm, fixed the issue by moving the GE-Proton in question to /runners/wine/.

I've changed the download directory.
I will just test a little bit more and I will push the fix.
I will try to push an update this weekend for this bug.
