[BUG] Updating with a symlinked user_setting.py will create a hardcopy instead of keeping the symlink

Describe the bug
When updating GE or CachyOS-Latest ProtonPlus creates a hard copy of a possibly existing symlinked user_settings.py instead of putting the symlink back in.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Tumbleweed
• DE: KDE
• Type: Flatpak

I didn't think of that scenario while implementing that feature.
I'll add that this week.
