Any data on correlation with Device Memory?

In the past I've suggested Device Memory hints as a proxy for device performance, but I haven't dug into data to try to estimate how strong of a correlation there is there. Perhaps we should? If the correlation is very strong then I'm not sure it's worth adding a separate API (but of course the privacy cost to doing so would then be minimal). I suspect the correlation is only weak and also that we need to add at least one more bucket.

The correlation is quite weak. After discussions with the Google Meet team, who is at the moment the primary prospective client of this API, the number of cores seems to be much more appropriate for seeding user experience than the amount of memory.
