There is some example code attached to the explainer for the verifyTLSServerCertificate proposal. I am not aware of any TLS libraries with official Javascript/WebAssembly support.

https://github.com/reclaimprotocol/tls works well with TCPSocket. The example shows how to use it with node:net's socket, but TCPSocket can be used instead.
