[WISE Bug]: Broken Shapefiles from export

What happened?

A very small number of shapefiles are corrupt upon export from WISE. Sometimes the polygons are written as polylinesother mention an 'intersecting polygons'. The vector output files crash the computers within ESRI and R-cran. Not sure if the problem is within WISE, GDAL, PROJ, or OGR2OGR.

@lizzydchappy & @RobBryce are these coming out of WISE directly or are they coming out of firecast? its VERY important to distinguish the difference.

These outputs are from the stochastic modelling (caribou) project so directly from W.I.S.E.

FireCast doesn't generate SHP files. This is observed behaviour from PSaaS / now WISE. Discussed briefly with @BadgerOnABike already.
