[Bug] Action confirm dialog pops up even for "nothing" action

To reproduce:
have an item configured to do nothing on single tap and nothing to do on hold, but an action on double tap.
Select "confirm action"
Save

Tap or hold the item.
Confirmation dialog pops up.
