Successful registration message is not displaying.

Current Outcome

Currently, the successful registration message is not displaying. Instead after registration the user is being redirected to the login page.

Redirection after registration are not set for both settings and registration forms. Therefore, a message should show by default.

Desired Outcome

Ideally, the successful registration message should display after performing a successful registration.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to this page: https://partners.myclim8.com/register/
2. Fill up the form.
3. Hit register.

I cannot reproduce the issue.

• Can we ask them to switch to the default theme and then test the registration again?
• Any chance we can get backend access to investigate further?

@reygcalantaol, there seems to be a critical error on the website. I asked for the user fix this first so we can investigate further.

Hi team,

It appears that the user removed the user give before and he added it back now.
Same login details. I was able to login now: https://share.zight.com/qGuBGDO2
