Deck Editor Filter Touchscreen Buggy on Android #1139

Describe the bug
Android touchscreens are a bit buggy during deck editor. If I try to use the filter and hit the touchscreen as if typing a text on the keyboard, it'll glitch and won't correspond to the screen. It seems to be buggy.
In order to filter properly, I have to do similar slide/glide/swipe typing. I have to hold my finger on the screen like it's a mouse and let the program figure where I'm pointing before touching that selection. You can visually see the glitch during filters applying at the time of trying to return to editor.
To Reproduce
On Android device, simply open deck editor and select filter. With filter open, select "add filter" then once filters are selected try without gliding the fingers across the screen to select "return"
Expected behavior
It should function just like an android keyboard whether I point and touch intermittently or slide/glide/swipe
Smartphone (please complete the following information):
- Devices: Motorola g pure, Motorola edge 2021, T60pro Tablet
- OS: Motorola - Android 13 / Tablet - Android 15
In the video, I shown both touching tactics and results.
I begin with trying to point and touch by applying the filter, then try to touch "return" and you can see it error.
Then, I use slide/glide/swipe tactic and you can see the selector moves sluggishly but makes it to selection before I touch selection.
