Populate/Zektar Shrine Expedition #1145

Describe the bug
Zektar Shrine Expedition token gets exiled at end of step and so does the populated token.
To Reproduce
Simply sacrifice Zektar shrine then use any spell with populate
Expected behavior
Zektar Shrine Expedition seems to be very solid without bugs, until I populated one of its tokens. To my awareness, the populated token shouldn't be exiled.
