Incorrect error correction level in the MetaData #31
Description
When adding the ecc level to the format information, the last bit is flipped. So if the ecc level is 1 the output would be 0, if the ecc level is 2 the output would be 3. But it seems like the ecc level in MetaData is not reflipped, and thus contains incorrect ecc info
