Now that Svelte 5 is out, it's time to refactor a bunch of code to:
- Improve reactivity issues I encountered and bypassed
- Use snippets to avoid duplication
- Use components to split up the application markup and JS, especially the home page
This is like part 2 of #35
Special case
- This is not a bug nor a feature request, I can't use other templates
