Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Linux, Flatpak): Texture problems on Vulkan

Also noticed something is probably wrong with textures (checked that it also appears in 4.6.3 , I don't know how I didn't notice it earlier), I think it also appeared in 4.6.2(the first version I downloaded) but I didn't take screenshots unfortunately.

GPU Intel Corporation UHD Graphics 620
driver i915
This isn't old or low end laptop and in superTuxKart vulkan is actually better than openGL. Also no graphical glitches there.
