Your build failures are caused by your Cargo.lock. This PR was created on the same day that getrandom v0.3.1 was released on 2025-01-27 but probably earlier in the day, so you're pinned to v0.3.0, which doesn't have rust-random/getrandom#588, causing build failures on android. cargo update getrandom should work, I think.
