Description
Is there any way to make the plots interactive or export to HTML? I found myself wanting to hover over points and determine more specifically what I was seeing (some of the clusters are tightly bound!). Additionally, some of the rendering gets pixelated because it's (I think) an image instead of rendered hypertext. We might benefit from exploring plotting libraries beyond ggplot for this use case if ggplot is unable to reach HTML exports.
