Automatically add who made a item when using itemmeta so if I were to lore a item it would automaticly say created by Neutonic

Add a second command for adding crafting itemmeta that can be given to ETs. This would automatically add all the required meta given the player's rolls. Admins can keep the existing itemmeta command.
