Resolver does not work with .ToConstant() or .InSingletonScope()

It appears that this project suffers from the same issue --

I made the changes as suggested by Remo in the thread - the above issues are fixed, but I don't know what other problems that will create.

I'm not a Ninject user, so I'm not likely the best person to tackle this issue. We also never received a pull request for this issue. Anyone want to take a stab at it?
