wit support for Intellij IDEs

I developed a plugin for the *.wit format that supports all intellij IDEs, including Rust Rover.

It has the following features:

• Semantic Highlight

• Code Formatting

  • Project-level batch formatting
  • supports .editorconfig

• Structured View

• Code Analysis Integration

  • Warn about and block commits when there are some problem within *.wit
