Cannot Host this on the server.

I am trying to host it on the server through Cpanel. but it is giving me an error saying that I don't have a connection to the peer server -- the one we created at the local host 3001. I used a simple setup of node js server but I am facing this error. 
will I have to set up two servers for this??
