clarification regarding CVE-2017-2364

This is nothing new, it just seems our old tooling ignored this issue. Since the security information has been switched to YAML the new tooling now complains about a duplicate issue. So, here it is:

CVE-2017-2364 appears twice, with different versions, and different descriptions, at this places:

I don't care for this particular CVE because of it's age, I just want to avoid that I have a misunderstanding on how the cvedata files work. But maybe it helps someone else.
