Blinded IANA Media Types group

Proposed new group code

 TypedMediaQuadruples: str = '-c'  # Typed and blinded IANA media type quadruples blid+uuid+type+media
 BigTypedMediaQuadruples: str = '--c'  # Big typed and blinded IANA media type  quadruples blid+uuid+type+media

The first field is a digest of the quadruple, i.e the SAID of the quadruple, which may be called the BLID (BLinded saID ) (Noncer)
The second field is a salty nonce UUID which may be the empty value, 1AAP when not blinded (Noncer)
The third field is the media type encoded as a text label (Labeler)
The fourth field is the media itself encoded as text (Texter)

A message can then refere to the media by its blinded ID (BLID) which which is a specially defined SAID. for the quadruple.
For example an exn message body a field block can include a manifest of all the quadruples in the attached group with a labeled field map where the value of each field is the BLID.

When one once to employ graduated disclosure then the manifest can appear in the a section of an ACDC and leverage the ACDC capbilities for partial disclosure
