Description
The url used for btcr context is unresolvable: https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/btcr-did-tools-js/blob/master/ddoResolver.js#L143
For some internal tests, I changed it to https://w3id.org/did/v0.11 to get signing/verifying to work, but not sure if that's the best URL to use or if there's specific things that should go into https://w3id.org/btcr/v1 when it gets hosted.
