Z-Wave not listed as an addon in WebThings 2.0

I copied the entire legacy WebThings 1.1 docker virtual folder to a new folder and tested WT 2.0. This folder did not have the Z-Wave addon previously installed.

When testing WT 2.0 docker image the Z-Wave addon was not listed and I could not add it as a new addon.

I did not attempt to copy the Z-Wave addon folder from my production WT instance into the WT 2.0 addon folder and restart WT 2.0 to see what happens (if it loads and what errors it may encounter).

1. Port the zwave addon to WT 2.0
2. Possibly take this time to upgrade the zwave library to a more recent release
