Some texts not localized on Registering new account page

Describe the issue

Username is kind of known localization bug that i reported long ago but it still comes out for whatever reason

I already tried

• I've read and searched the documentation.
• I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to registration page and see the texts
Go to Weblate translation project and some of these texts not exists..

Seems we forgot to allow these for translation, d3f1e28 fixes that.
