Struggling to pay

Describe the issue

Hi, we're not sure why - we received a warning that out account will expire and we needed to renew our payment data.

The card we're currently using has an expiry of '26, so we're not sure what's going on.

We attempted to re-enter the card details in the payment portal and we get this error and can't progress.

Can you : -

• make sure our account doesn't expire while we sort this out
• resolve the issue so we can get back to work
