chrX non-PAR only ?

Hi,

I am trying to use Battenberg for CNV inference, but I am a bit confused about the chrX reference panel. From what I understand, it seems straightforward to remove the PAR regions from the impute info file and set the “is_par” parameter to “1” for chrX non-PAR reference data (so that the reference data could be recognized).

Could you confirm if this approach is appropriate for Battenberg ? Thank you very much !
