Is it possible to increase/decrease the scale?

On my 4k Monitor it is very hard to view.

Check out the latest nightly build, it improves high DPI rendering quite substantially. You can download it from https://imhex.werwolv.net at the very bottom.
If you need to change the scaling then, go to Extras -> Settings -> Interface and change the scaling there.
