[Bug] Shift-Backspace doesn't work in pattern editor

What's the issue you encountered?

#1409 is back in the latest nightly.

How can the issue be reproduced?

While holding Shift, type some all-caps text, then notice you made a mistake and press Backspace. The last letter is not deleted.

Can reproduce with ImHex 1.37.4 Windows MSI.

The fix for pr #1409 was invalidated when the pattern editor was switched from handling its own shortcuts to the shortcut managed by ImHex that it uses now and that happened at least a year ago if not more. I have now added a shortcut for shift-backspace to the shortcut manager that seems to work as intended and adds an alternative shortcut to the backspace command. It will be merged once unit tests pass so you should be able to test it after the nightly is built.
