Expand ebook logic to copy non-ebook formats elsewhere

In some Humble book bundles, supplementary files are provided - often via .zip archives. In the case where the books are being sorted for Calibre (and other ebook solutions), the inclusion of the supplementary files aren't needed.

Add some logic to determine what to do with this.
