Describe the bug
Uninstall fedora remix for wsl
remove the profile from powershell
reinstall
profile no more created

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Uninstall fedora remix for wsl
  2. remove the profile from powershell
  3. reinstall
  4. profile no more created

Expected behavior
Same as clear install with profile added to powershell
