Upgrade stillir

@ferd has merged my PR on stillir, which means you can revert #4 if you upgrade stillir :)

Would have done it myself, but requires packaging a new hex release for stillir, and it seems you are the guy doing that (heroku/stillir#10).

Awesome! Thanks for heads up. I'll try to get to this soon.

I'd like to make a proper release of dogstatsde and put that up on Hex, so let me know if there's anything you think is missing. I've mostly been waiting until I had a chance to try automating it so that every github release would trigger Travis to publish to Hex.
