The Half Time/Daycore module affects the maximum RPM of the danser. #424

Describe the bug
In Danser, if HT/DC is enabled, the maximum Spinner RPM will adjust based on the speed multiplier set by HT/DC (0.75x -> 477×0.75 = 357.75, 0.5x -> 477×0.5 = 238.5, etc. (SO mod will increase RPM a little bit) ) (This only occurs in “Cursor dance with UI” mode, “Play osu!standard” mode, and when SO mod is enabled in either of these modes).
In osu!stable, however, even with HT mod enabled, the maximum achievable RPM remains capped at 477.
