[Feature Request] Add USB Tethering Support (RNDIS/NCM modules)

Describe the feature

USB tethering is not working after flashing this kernel. The feature works fine on stock kernel but stops working with this custom kernel

Samsung problems, due to proper kernel modules not loading, needs to be built from samsung source

so it is ok
