Action workflow support for 'act' tools (OSS16,OP15)

If i want to run the workflow in my own computer , what extra parameter should i post to 'act' command ?

and what extra settings i should apply?

If there could be a complete tutorial or command that helps me to run the workflow to finish compile OSS16 ,that couldn't be better.

Running workflow on act is possible but workflow needs changes for some reason.

All file operations must be done in a single step and only in that condition it works. Else build always fails for me.

Then other that github inputs, I used to use
Container: catthehacker/ubuntu:act-22.04
Container-options: -v F:\Kernel_dev\KSU-Next_susfs\OnePlus_KernelSU_SUSFS\workdir\output_image:/home/user/output_image
