Updates Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Feature description and context

CXL has updated Terms of Use and Privacy policies. We need these to be:

1. Accessible from the JSP and React menus
2. Visible and accessible from manual encounter submission and bulk import.

Feature sign-off requirements

• Menu updates:
  • Terms of Use is accessible from header.jsp whether user is logged in or not under the Learn menu.
  • Terms of Use is accessible from the React header whether user is logged in or not under the Learn menu.
  • Privacy Policy is accessible from header.jsp whether user is logged in or not under the Learn menu.
  • Privacy Policy is accessible from the React header whether user is logged in or not under the Learn menu.
• Submission page updates:
  • Terms of Use and privacy policy are linked from the legacy encounter submission page.
  • Terms of Use and privacy policy are linked from the React encounter submission page.
  • Terms of Use and privacy policy are linked from the start of the bulk import pages.

Considering an update to the menuing to gather all of the legal pages together and then this could be a "good first issue".

Header

You can access the new header menu from here

• When you click on Policies and Data, by default, Terms of Use section would be opened
• When you click on SubMenus like Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or Citing Wildbook, respective sections would be opened

Sign In Page

When you are signing in to Wildbook, you are asked if you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Once you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you do not have to click the checkbox everytime you report the sighting

Unanimous Submission

If you are not logged in, you will be asked if you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in the "Report an Encounter Page". You would not be able to submit the encounter if you do not agree.

If you are not logged in, you will be asked if you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You would not be able to submit the encounter if you do not agree
