Include Alternate ID in top nav Quicksearch

Since users typically add an Alternate ID as a shortcut for finding an individual again (along with Nickname), we should allow them to search for Alternate IDs in the top nav quicksearch. Currently quicksearch will display results for Nickname, Individual ID, and Adoption Name.
