Add a Copy of the License #357
Description
The license is stated in the README and the helpful.el file, but it might be a good idea to include a full copy of the license (which seems to be GPL-3.0 or Later) as it is common practice, and the aforementioned helpful.el file states:
You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License along with this program.
Idk if it's necessary but I don't see much reason not to.
