Bug: Incorrect Date Formatting: Month Precedes Day in Date Display Components

Background Information

The date is being formatted and displayed incorrectly on the Verification Request, History the Verification Request page, showing the month before the day MM/DD/YYYY, which confuses users who expect the most common date format in Brazil, which is the day before the month DD/MM/YYYY.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Verification Request, History the Verification Request page where the date is displayed
2. Note the field/element that displays the date.
3. Check the formatting of the displayed date.

Expected Behavior

The date format should be Day/Month/Year (DD/MM/YYYY).

Example: For the date October 15, 2025, the expected format is 10/15/2025.

@ Keikonichi While formatting dates on the platform, I found a component called LocalizedDate. Basically, it's used in all places that render dates and is responsible for configuring the formatting according to the user's locale settings.
I adjusted the language and locale settings to Portuguese and tested it both locally and in the test environment. The dates are now being displayed correctly in dd/mm/aaaa format.

This issue was already fixed in PR AletheiaFact#2189. Basically, we now use the useTranslation hook from the next-i18next library, and this library solves this.
