The Open project button are used more frequently than Save Project button
I understand we could use shortcut Ctrl+J, but three button are more accessible than a 3in1 Combo button
currently Winmerge support "Recent Project" x 3,
to further increase productivity,
please add Project panel, and allow user to bookmark frequently used Project as shortcut
