On my current installation of WinMerge I have HTML-tidy 5.4 from 2017, the current version is 5.8 from 2021. Is there a special reason to not update it? |

WinMerge continues to support Windows XP SP3, and HTML Tidy 5.4 is the last version compatible with XP. For this reason, we have kept using that version. |
