Ability to cross-hatch or dot-hatch the deleted lines

WinMerge2011 (https://github.com/datadiode/winmerge2011) has a feature I really like: it not only highlights a deleted lines in color, but also allows it to be cross-hatched or dot-hatched.
Would it be possible to implement this in this project too?

Yes, this is similar to what Visual Studio’s diff window provides.
We will consider it, but the priority will be low.
