Results Tab list to show columns "Differences" and "IgnoredDiff" when Line Filters are applied.

Say I want to look for changes which contain a word such as "isDormant" in the line.
I add a Line Filter to ignore all lines not containing the word: ^((?!isDormant).)*$ and enable the Line Filters. That works fine if I open a file comparison - only the lines/blocks containing the word are highlighted.
But that still requires me to open every single file in the Result tab to see if it contains the word, which is tedious.
So I customize the columns of the Results tab to include the columns "Differences" and "Ignored Diff" to see if they will give me a clue. Refreshing the comparison does not change the results. The two columns are still empty.
Am I missing something, or is there a different way to achieve what I want?

The Differences and Ignored Diffs columns are only calculated when the folder compare method is set to Full Contents.
If those columns are empty, it’s likely because the method isn’t set to Full Contents or the compared file is larger than 64 MB.
Please check the folder compare method, and if it isn’t Full Contents (as shown in the screenshot), switch to Full Contents.

Thank you Takashi Sawanaka, that gives me exactly what I need.
The Differences column shows the count of lines/blocks containing the word I am looking for, so sorting by that column allows me to focus on only those files where the count is greater than zero.
