Firewall Ports

Im trying to update our internal documentation to cover what firewall ports are needed by what software and I cant find anything for WinMerge. Does it not need anything applying or can someone point me in the right direction

WinMerge does not open or listen on any network ports.
No inbound firewall rules are required.

WinMerge may require outbound access only in the following cases:

• HTTP/HTTPS (TCP 80/443) when comparing files via URLs or downloading plugin-related files
• SMB (TCP 445) when accessing network shares (e.g. \\servername\share)

Local file and folder comparisons require no network access.
