Disabling checks in config does not work #63

What behaviour is observed?
Setting values to -1, 9999, or deleting them from the config under illegal-echant-list still disenchants the item in the player's inventory.
Expected behaviour
Expected to ignore the checks for the changed illegal-enchant values

HopperTransfer: true
InventoryClose: true

illegal-enchant-list:
- unbreaking:-1 [or 99999 or deleting it outright]
- silk_touch:-1 [or 99999 or deleting it outright]
