Display "Brunch" Tab on Weekends

Weekend menus are almost always divided into brunch and dinner, whereas the current UI only supports displaying breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- 3 tabs. The fix as of now is to display the same menu for the breakfast and lunch tabs, but this requires the same entry to be duplicated in our DB. Having a brunch tab would present a cleaner interface and reduce DB space use.
