Implementation support and versions #28

Description

@frehner

While reading this issue I was reminded how nice it is to see the current status of each runtime's support for a specific implementation and when that implementation was released. Much like the Browser Compatibilities list on MDN, or caniuse.com.

It's nice to note that Node and Deno have entries in some of the MDN compatibilities lists (like the one I linked above). However, given that there is a chance that the WinterCG has specs that are either unique or differ from those implemented by browsers, I have the following questions:

  1. Should WinterCG have a compatibility list?
  2. If yes, should that list be an addition to an existing list like MDN, or a new list?
    1. If adding to MDN, does that mean that CFWorkers should get on that list? And how does WinterCG handle it for standards that deviate or are unique?
    2. If adding a new list, where should that list live?

Hopefully that makes sense.

(I'm not sure if this was the right repo to ask this, sorry. Feel free to move it somewhere else if necessary)
