Headless mode 🤯

Now that we can work on our local, non-published board, we can introduce completely serverless mode to our app, that will allow it to run without backend. This will enable us to deploy the app on github pages again even before the backend is back up.

Currently the app will attempt to connect to server at startup even before the board is published.
