• Notification configuration
• Notification repository
• Notification migration
• Fluent validation
• NotificationService foundation service.
• Mapping between NotificationRequest and other specific requests.
• register all necessary infrastructure to DI
• NotificationsController with following actions.
  • GetSmsTemplates.
  • GetEmailTemplates.
