modified banks

Hello,
I am not really sure how to share banks here but I suppose zipping it will work. I've created two banks I'm willing to share that are in WOPL format. The MASHOPL2a.wopl is strictly almost all of 90's sierra-Online instruments that I attempted to conform to GM standard where I had used quest for glory 4 as the basis from dumping all the adlib midi data. This bank was also given to Mateusz Viste of DOSMID after also going through the rest of the sci1 sierra games to rip the rest of the missing instruments I could manage to get and was given when poking around the internets. It should be using the HMI volume model but I am not well versed in setting things so it might be defaulted to generic.

The second bank in the zip named sb16b5b.wopl is based on sneakernets dmxopl instrument set but dramatically cut down or replaced to better suit having only access to a single opl3 card with only a few instruments left intact. most of the instruments were turned into 2op and most of the percussion instruments were given the same treatment after a long time of thinking about how to squeeze maybe a little more out of the chip.

Hello! Looks interestin! I could suggest you the "IMF Creator" model, you can see it in newer versions of OPL3-BE.

I will check it out! I've been using 1.5.0 on windows for a very long time. These last few months I finally figured out my dependencies to get the latest build working on my current distro. I think the latest version I'm using is 1.5.2 offered from the dev autobuild.
